Baked 2 sponge cakes:
130mm diameter x 70mm high
250mmm x 200mmm x 60mm high
Cake mixture:
10oz butter
6 eggs
10oz self raising flour
10oz sugar
Total cooking time: 1.5hrs

Carved cakes into shapes then sliced and filled with buttercream and jam:
125g Butter / 150g Icing Sugar
120g Strawberry Jam

Covered the body using black and white icing
Added eyes
Mixed a tiny amount of food colouring to white icing to create orange
Added beak and feet

Added wings

Painted yellow body ring with food colouring
Cleaned off icing sugar and created white icing name plaque

Total icing used:
500g White Fondant Icing
650g Black Regal Icing / Sugar Paste
5g Pink Writing Icing to sign plaque
Total decorating time: 1.5hrs
